LetterT.gif (413 bytes)he following outlines the 3 main phases that a production will progress through in order to insure success:

PHASE 1 - PRE-PRODUCTION

Planning: After we have a chance to meet and discuss your needs, we can provide a preliminary production plan and budget estimate.  This estimate is based on the number of shooting days, locations, the need for outside services such as professional narration and the amount of time needed for editing.

PHASE 2 - PRODUCTION

Taping: We will work with you to set up a schedule indicating all taping locations and arrival times.  Most clients are surprised to see how much time is involved in setting up each scene.  If needed, we arrive at all locations ahead of your scheduled arrival so we can perform any setup activities that will be needed.  Please bear with us as we set up our equipment, check audio and video levels, and shoot a scene from several angles.

Graphics: We can develop high-quality logos, graphs, etc. You may need to provide us with camera-ready artwork or the computer files which contain the information.

PHASE 3 - POST-PRODUCTION

Editing: This is often the most time-consuming aspect of the video production process. All editing is done on a non-linear editing system.  This is where the raw footage will be assembled into its final form. Decisions are made about what material will be included or cut, exact placement of music, narration, titles and graphics, and pacing.

You will receive a "Preview Copy" to approve.  We will make changes based on your suggestions and provide additional preview copies as necessary until we reach a final approved video.

Since all our productions are digital from start to end, we can avoid any loss of quality.
